Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your products, please notify us via email (info@shabbyflowerswholesale.com) and let us know the issue.

If there is an issue with the wrong product being shipped, or if the quality level of the product is for some reason not up to our usual high standard, we will be more than happy to correct the issue as soon as possible. Simply return the product to us for evaluation and a replacement.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or replacements for a product if you simply change your mind.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please check with us is you are unsure.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are price-based, due to the negligible weights of some of our products. If we are able to ship you products at less than the shipping rate you have been charged, we will automatically give a store credit for the amount overcharged (note – this is not available for guest purchases).
